Journey from Residence Creux de L'Ours to Geneva International Airport (GVA)

The system worked well. One criticism is that even a quotation has been accepted, the supplier of the quote has the liberty to withdraw his quotation. This happened to us: we had accepted a quotation provided by a different company for E. 340, but this was withdrawn and AlpTransfer later came through at E.360. One cannot avoid the suspicion that there might have been a connection between the two companies, the first being used to test the customer's price sensitivity! It would be better to require the transfer company to make a binding offer. But there was no misunderstanding: I knew that the initial quotation was non-binding.

Journey from London Heathrow Airport to Hotel Indigo London - Paddington

the driver was 2 hours later cause the car broke. nobody informed us about that when we arrived and we waited for 2 hours in Heathrow airport on Christmas day. the driver though was excellent .so if we assume that this happens rarely ,then yes i would recommend. But if this is a frequent issue for this company then i wouldn't recommend .

Journey from 2 Montée du Gourguillon to 534 Rue du Centre

On a mobile it’s not intuitive that there is lots of information about the booking to the right that you need to swipe to see. Also in the booking form it has a box for amending the booking you cannot use and have to use the email address, this is confusing.
