Journey from Faro Airport to Vilar Do Golf by Diamond Resorts

It was a bit confusing regarding the payment and also what was the voucher for the booking. I emailed and got a very satisfactory answer so there was no problem. The only other thing I would mention is that we paid, in cash, the driver on our first trip and did wonder if he would arrive for the return trip back to the airport. He did and there was no problem but I wonder if it would be helpful if we were given a receipt just to prove that we had paid if it wasn't the same driver who collected us for our return trip.

Journey from Lime Tree Way to Terminal 5

Good service for finding transfer options. I was a little confused once I had selected the company how to take forward the booking. Could have been clearer that the onus was on the company and customer to make direct contact but it all worked out.

Journey from Palma de Mallorca Airport to Gran Hotel Soller

Yes system worked well. However it said on the website that the cost was inclusive but that didn’t say if a tip was expected on top or if that was included in the cost. I’d have liked some specific mention of that.
