Journey from Gandia to Alicante Airport (ALC)

I have used DMG on 3 previous occasions without problem, but this time they let me down badly and cost me an extra 30 euro above their quoted price to use a taxi at the last minute and almost lost us the flight with all the consequences that would have followed. I don't feel their last comment of "Very sorry for this" adequately covers their failure and I still do not know why their driver was unable to make the further 20 minute journey to collect us, could it be that we were considered a lost cause and the company had a tight timeline schedule to keep, so basically threw us to the wolves. How professional!
