All good but the only slight problem was that the driver on the return leg didn't seem to know how to take card payments - and we didn't have enough cash. All sorted out in the end though!

I had a small problem with the website, in that I had already booked a transfer one way, and then wanted to get a quote for a return trip. The company with whom I had booked the one-way trip saw that I had requested a quote for return trip and cancelled my booking. I think the website could be made clearer on how to manage enquiries.

Great platform, but the car company doubled the price on the day of departure. So apparently they don’t need to follow the agreement/quote they offered and accepted.

More diligence on firms using the site is required; we have been penalised 50% of a deposit because we needed to vary our transfer details and the original booking could not accommodate our new requirement. Rather than the deposit be refunded, we were charged for a change in requirements which is ridiculous
