Journey from Marrakech Airport to Valeria Dar Atlas Resort

We almost the flight as the company failed to send the driver on requested time. Company promised they will help us in the airport as we were running late but it was a complete lie. Although both drivers were good and helpful.

Journey from Samoëns to Geneva Airport

I did not receive an email stating that the booking had been confirmed,just a reminder about the transfer on the morning of the day I was travelling with the drivers number. I had to contact him directly to make sure the booking was confirmed. It seems like companies automatically reply to the transfer request then you have to wait to see whether they are actually available or not. It feels like there's a bit of time waiting in limbo whilst finding out whether there is actual availability. It's not so much of an issue when booking a long time in advance but this was short notice , luckily I did have another option but it would put me off booking something at the last minute again. I'
