The issue with quotes was resolved reassuringly. Thank you. The reminder email of the transfer is great - but would be better if this included a ‘click to confirm’ from both customer and the taxi company so both had transparency and confidence that the transfer was going ahead before the flight.

Communications with the driver going to our resort was zero and he clearerly difnt want to communicate but the lady driver on our return journey was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and informative of times and gates we were to go to.
