Journey from Geneva to Hôtel Le Val Thorens

4F Transfers were very efficient and informative. They contacted me regularly with info and sent me an e-mail prior to pick up with the drivers name and contact details. The driver was smartly dressed and very pleasant. Overall it was an excellent service and I would recommend them.

Journey from Grenoble to Val Thorens

Transfer to resort just didn't turn up leaving us stranded at Grenoble airport on one of the busiest weekends of the year with no real explanation of why we were let down.They did refund the cost of this transfer but this noway made up for the inconvenience it caused.return transfer did turn up and was ok.

Journey from Grenoble to Les Menuires

Very mixed service. Drivers were waiting for us on arrival, but then soon after needed to stop for fuel. They navigated the heavy traffic well, but they hadn't researched the address we had given them so ended up getting lost, and needed the Maps app. on my phone and a couple of u turns to eventually find the place. On the return journey, (we had 2 minibuses), the first driver put a random selection of luggage in his van, and when we arrived at the airport, we obviously couldn't leave the bags which weren't ours, so had to wait for the second minibus to arrive about 20 minutes later before we could check in. The driver also seemed to be close to falling asleep several times on the return journey, and the front seat passengers felt unsafe.

Journey from Lyon–Saint-Exupéry Havaalanı to Les Arcs 1950

it was ok but they took us the national road (to avoid the traffic they say)not to pay motorway fee which took long (5hrs) and uncomfortable . Return was O.K. since i insisted on motorway which was free off the traffic and took 3 hrs

Driver was punctual (early in fact), helpful and friendly. His vehicle was clean and comfortable. He even provided us with complimentary bottled water for the journey. Cash payment was allowed on request. Highly recommended!

Journey from Grenoble airport to CHALET SKADI by Village Montana

Very professional ,clean car provided water.waiting at the airport. On the return leg the driver found a back route to avoid the queuing traffic. I would certainly recommend them.
