Journey from Chambéry to La Rosière

I thought the service was excellent. The only suggestion I would make is that they allow more time for travelling to Chambery from resort as we were very lucky to get there in time due to severe traffic delays.

Journey from Grenoble-Isère Airport to Courchevel 1550 Hotel Les Flocons

I rang 4F Transfers at 7.30 am to tell them we missed our plane due to a puncture. (pick up was 11.30) I asked if a pick up at 3 pm was possible otherwise I would arrange an alternative. They said it was no problem. On being picked we were asked for 80 euros for "waiting" this was not said to me when I phoned and there was "no waiting" as the driver was still in bed when I called! However, Andrew did not insist on the payment which I appreciated. On our return pick up at 11, Andrew phoned to say (at 10 am) due to weather conditions he could not pick up until 1 pm which was too late for the plane. The hotel managed to get a taxi for us.
