Journey from Lyon Airport to La Plagne

Drivers were v punctual. Cars were v clean. Both drivers on each leg of our journey went out of their way to help us , when we arrived at out chalet reception was closed and we couldn’t access our holiday accommodation, it was at night, we didn’t know the area our driver waited with us until we found another hotel to stay in. This was after a long commute of almost 4hrs in heavy traffic from the airport. He was v helpful and kind to us even though he must have been tired himself. On our return journey to the airport one of my kids left his backpack in the taxi. We realised this maybe 10mins after our driver had dropped us off, we phoned him and he returned to the terminal to meet us again with the bag. So I would highly recommend this company. Their service to us was excellent.

Good drivers and on time. We paid a mix of card and cash on each journey. I didn’t appreciate the demand for a tip from one return driver, as they are not part of the price and discretionary.

4F Transfers is superb, efficient, punctual, courteous and has wonderful communication. All went very smoothly. The vans are clean and comfortable and the drivers are courteous, patient, very safe drivers and aware of the best routes. We will definitely use 4F again!
