Journey from Geneva Airport to Tignes

The outward journey was fine. However the return journey driver we found not acceptable. He frequently tail gated at 145kph. He undertook several other drivers -3 at least. He hit speeds of 150kph. He received the middle finger from 3 other drivers because of his driving . The driver stopped to meet some friends in a very bizarre interaction when one friend entered our vehicle to remove an automotive computer from the glove compartment- despite invading one of the passengers personal space this person said nothing to excuse himself.

Journey from Grenoble Airport to La Daille

Couldn’t fault 4F, communication ahead of the transfer was excellent, drivers were both punctual, reliable, very courteous. Would definitely use again next year.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Les Menuires

Our driver,Mr Egils, was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived and it was the same friendly face when we were collected promptly from our apartment. His driving was excellent and we felt safe and happy. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would recommend, thank you.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Plagne Bellecôte

The drive to resort was okay, though the driver was very fast, and sometimes felt a bit unsafe. On the return journey we called with 24 hours notice to cancel the transfer and ask to change the day, as there was an emergency and we needed to leave a day earlier. They didn't pick up and when they did pick up later that day they refused a refund and the customer service team were quite rude and blunt about how it was less than 24 hours (despite us explaining that we tried to call earlier) so they wouldn't refund it and they wouldn't help us with a new transfer. So we had to fork out for another transfer and they took the money for our original transfer back to the airport.

Reply from the transfer company:

Dear Amy King. You called us at 5:47 on Apr desperate and was kindly asking to pick you up asap as you mixed up dates and instead of being picked up on Apr 4 (which was booked by you and you received a written confirmation from us after payment was done) you realised that your flight is on Apr 3 with resort pick up at 5:30. I answered you that I will call an available driver and will kindly ask him to get out of the bed immediately and drive one hour to pick you up and then to rush to airport to catch your plane. After I had no success and driver didn't answer on my phone call I called you back and said we can't help you. Then we received an email from you with threat where was written if we will refund you fully for missed transfer then you will leave a good review about our great company, but if we don't, then you will write a bad review. Per our T&c we have to refund you 30% of the price of transfer which we did. So please, Findtransfers team, be so kind and point out our fault in this case. And if you can't then please delete this unfair review.
