Journey from Alicante Airport to Hotel Magic Villa Benidorm

On arrival was not impressed with driver. We scanned and walked around arrivals but did not find him. All of a sudden he turned up dressed in jeans and a Tshirt. He was unsure of price quoted and said to pay only one way and rest on way back. The total price was 162 euros so we handed over 80 euros, which included a 9 Euro tip. Suddenly he said no, no, I need return money also. So in total he received a 18 Euros tip. However our return driver was courteous and well dressed , so much so that we decided as he had missed out on the tip we again had a collection for him a tip. Good service which I would use again but think management should be aware of the first drivers tactics. The Driver rating given is for RETURN driver only.

Driver on return pickup to airport did not fasten the child's seat in place and left it for us to do . He did not help at all to put the seat in even when we could not figure out how to fix the seat in place ourself,s. Don,t believe he knew how to fix it in place himself . The first driver from the airport was ok but wear to direct him to the villa once in the Urbanization.

Journey from BENIDORM to ALICANTE AIRPORT

Great transfer company, driver arrived 8 mins early thankfully as there was a thunder and lightning storm. ADM quoted me €65, taxi driver had meter on by time we arrived at ALC airport meter had €75 euros on it. I did have confirmation on email but was worried as my Spanish is awful. Luckily driver did ask for just €65 just as well as that's all cash we had, please Don't put meter on if not needed.

Thank you for your review. By LAW a taxi can not circulate with the taximeter off, much less enter the airport. The driver will always charge the customer of FINDTRANSFERS the agreed amount. If on entering the airport there is a police control, as there are many times, the taxi is fined with a minimum of €2500 if the meter is not on. I'm sorry that the meter made you uncomfortable. We are happy that you enjoyed the service otherwise and hope you had a great holiday.

Journey from Alicante Airport to Ciudad Quesada (Rojales)

I cannot rate ADMBUS highly enough for their services. From the moment we went to their offices to confirm details and payment until we were waving our family goodbye as they headed back to the airport the staff and drivers of ADMBUS were first class. Punctual, immaculately dressed and courteous and very helpful with luggage etc for our party of six. We were so impressed we even booked them for an excursion during the visit and once again their service was first class. I would have no hesitation in giving my recommendation for ADMBUS (and I already have done so). 10/10 all the way. Thank you again ADMBUS
