Journey from Alicante Airport to Benidorm

Very good service on time both ways, the person who picked us up was really friendly and gave us a few tips, would definitely use again.

Journey from Av de Jaume l el Conqueridor 148 El Campello Spain to Alicante Airport

No car showed up at the adress at pick-up-time. (why did not the driver called us and said he was delayed ?) We called the company ; Answer 1 : the driver cannot find the adress !!?? Answer 2 we misunderstod the pickup-time !!?? (why not check with me) Answer 3 We send you a new car, it will take 15 minutes. The new car arrived 13.30. No compensation for this delay, we paid 37 Euro.

Dear Claes, Sorry again for all this missunderstanding. I called you personality on Sunday when I realize that the driver could not find the address. I think is because he typed on the gps a wrong address as a suggestion from gps ( a wrong address similar to yours) I would like to thank you for let me know about all the inconvenients. Generally the service was good, however the driver who carried out the return transfer drove recklessly We have compained to ADM First driver was very good We can give a score for driver as the two were worlds apart
