Journey from Bergamo / Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) to Sheraton Lake Como Hotel

We were delayed but I text to say when we were getting on plane giving 3hours notice. When got to airport received text saying they would be another hour and a half!! Then after that wait text to say another hour!! Then turned up 2 hours after that so we are now 4 12 hours later......but I had left airport and text to tell them this to ask where we were. An absolute shambles

Hello Just to explain Your flight is arrived with 4 h of delay and before that you start from the airport we tell that we cant stay to wait your arrival in Bergamo airport and after 1h of your previously arrival we can arrive for your pick up After the Landing of your flight driver was there in 30 min but you dont want to wait us Alex

Journey from Bergamo / Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) to Camping Bella Italia

Drive was waiting at airport with clear name signs, very comfortable bus with car seats that I had asked for for my 3 kids, different car on the way back to airport with only 1 of the correct car seats for my 3 kids. No harness booster for my 2 year old that I had requested and paid them for full transfers on first arrival

Journey from Bergamo airport to Hotel degli Arcimboldi

Alex was very friendly, good driver. He was waiting for us at the AirPort. Two days later he picked us up at the hotel 10 min. before the appointment. Very goed service for a reasonable price. Don’t hesitate to book him.
