Unbelievable service, would highly recommend these guy's. Although not much English spoken by either driver, we were able to communicate with no issues. They were very happy, very friendly and extremely helpful with loading/unloading the vehicle. The day before we left Italy, I emailed to office just to make sure everything was still booked for the following day. Received an email within 5 minutes putting all our minds at rest. The driver was present when we arrived in Italy and the second driver was half an hour early to collect us making sure that he was not late. The best part of this is that price is second to none, no other company in Italy came close to the quote that Aletransfer provided. Would 100% recommend/use this company again. Great job!

Journey from Milan Bergamo Airport to Camping Bella Italia

Very efficient, was there on time , no hassle at the airport or at pick up, great you could pay by card. Had the 3 children’s seats we requested. Drivers were very pleasant to deal with and vehicles were spotless. Very easy transfer. Would use this company again no problem.

Journey from Bergamo airport to Bardolino

We used Aletransfer to get from Bergamo Airport to Bardolino about an hour away. Reasonably priced, nice car and courteous drivers. The firm texted us on landing to let us know the driver was only 15 minutes away. Picked up from accommodation on time.

Journey from Bergamo / Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) to Villa Dei Cedri Spa

Service was great and drivers were professional and courteous. I phoned the office to check on the transfers and they were helpful and friendly and gave accurate info. On the arrival transfer, Harris was great and came in to reception with us to make sure everything was ok before leaving. Clean and comfortable vehicles. Will use again - good value.

Despite the plane being late ... driver was waiting for us, helped with bags, offered us a drink and then smoothly to our destination. Where again he carried our bags. All for great price!

Journey from Milan Bergamo Airport to Radisson Blu Hotel Milan

Was still there to meet us after our flight was delayed 2 hours. Very clean cars on both of the transfers. Would certainly recommend the company.
