We were delayed for over an hour. They were still waiting for us. No extra charge Punctual Polite And helpful - we needed to collect our keys for our accommodation the driver rang the company and organised this on our behalf while we were travelling to resort from the airport Will most certainly use again

Journey from Geneva Airport to Châtel

We were delighted with Allotaxi Transfert. Everything went 100% to plan. Our driver was waiting for us in Geneva airport with a sign with our name on. The vehicle was exactly as expected and very roomy and comfortable. He very efficiently and safely got us to the ski resort and ensured we could get into our apartment building before leaving us. He took less than half of our payment, then as I couldn’t find the right notes to pay the full amount; this was very kind of him and also gave me no worries that he wouldn’t turn up for the return journey. He suggested that, since we would be returning to Geneva at rush-hour on a Friday, he pick us up a little earlier than scheduled. He arrived bang on the agreed time. The journey back was equally easy and he helped us with our luggage into the airport building. He was polite and friendly and we will definitely use Allotaxi Transfert again and recommend them to friends.

Excellent company to deal with. Our flight out was delayed by 2.5 hours but the driver was at the agreed meeting point when we finally arrived. Driver spoke good english and email communication beforehand was very helfpul

This company is amazing. Extremely responsive, punctual, and professional. I had originally booked only for a one-way trip back to the airport, but when another company was completely unresponsive for my airport pickup, they saved the day and provided the pickup as well. I would highly recommend this transfer to anyone and I am extremely grateful for how quickly they respond because I would have been in some real trouble with my wife!!

1st class transfer. We were kept informed at all times with regular updates on meeting point and return pick up times. Driver very friendly and helpful with baggage. Minibus spotlessly clean and plenty of leg room. Have already recommended to others and will definitely use again.
