Dear Nina Brown We informed you about the traffic and that the car did not arrive on time at 09:50 in the morning. Your original pick-up time was 12:00. We have already refunded your money in full for this ride and you should see money in your bank account in a few working days. For your compensation, please reach out to your travel insurance, they usually cover this kind of situation. As we informed you before the booked time that reaching your destination isn't going to be possible, we suggested taking a local taxi to the airport. We can't control what happens afterwards. In the last few days, the traffic around airports has been out of the ordinary and if we risk being late, in rare cases we do suggest the client take a local taxi as that would be faster.

The customers were clearly under the influence of alcohol. Most of the passengers were not at the pickup location, but had to drive further to the nearby bar. When getting into the car, clients behaved very contemptuously towards the drivers, did not observe social norms. Upon boarding, clients immediately asked for a store to buy additional alcohol. They did not respond to the drivers' calls not to drink alcohol and follow social norms. The customers were very dissatisfied with the reprimands of the drivers, they behaved very defiantly, disrespectfully and offensively. The drivers responded to the call to stop and made 2 stops. During stops customers bought alcohol and continued to use it. We would like to remind you, that drivers have the right to stop the trip if customers do not comply with social norms and rules. At this point, drivers could stop journey. But, in this case, the trip was carried out in full and with high quality. After the trip, customers did not want to pick up their trash. Empty bottles were stacked on the backs of chairs and on the floor. We will add photos after the trip. In our opinion, the customers left a false and bad review because the drivers did not allow the customers to behave the way they want - drink alcohol, behave indecently, disrespectfully. Our company operates according to the highest standards. The drivers are well trained and professional who do not drive aggressively or unwelcome to customers, as we can judge from the reviews so far.
