Journey from Saint Geoirs Airport to Chalet Des Neiges Oz en Oisans

ALP'BIEVRE TAXIS provided an excellent service at a very good value for money. We have ordered a 9 seater transfer from them to get us from Grenoble airport to our ski resort and back. Communication was very smooth, they have always replied to all our queries promptly and professionally. They were very flexible and accommodating with our constantly changing plans and needs, e.g. they had no problem letting us stop at a supermarket (for a very reasonable extra charge) The drivers were punctual and helpful. The first one was a very good driver, the second one could have driven a little calmer and safer (he had to use the break a lot as he often went faster than the traffic would have allowed it, and this was not a smooth passenger experience), but there were no issues. Make sure you ask in advance whether you can pay by card, as not all their cars have this facility. Overall I would totally recommend them and use them again.

Journey from Grenoble to Alpe d'Huez

This company were great and very easy to deal with. We had flights cancelled & had to change to another airport, I called Catherine & she sorted this out. We had a second flight cancelled, but again they just amended the booking & I texted the flight details. A driver came to us on New Years day no problem & he was very helpful with all the baggage both loading & unloading. I would definately use this company again.

Journey from Grenoble to Les Deux Alpes

driver spoke no English whatsoever which is survivable the fact he didn't know the way is less tolerable. He, took a wrong turning and ended up on a winding single track which wasn't suitable for a farm vehicle for a couple of miles before we persuaded him to turn round when we came to an opportunity. I've travelled to many ski resorts and am used to slightly precarious roads but he turned off the main track up to resort which we had to assume he knew was better. We were wrong. two of our six were actually in tears and they've also travelled to many themselves. I'm sorry for the elderly driver but they should not use him!!!!

Journey from Grenoble to Les Deux Alpes

Great service, prompt pick up and good communication to line up the pickup and drop off. The driver was very patient at helping us find our chalet when the instructions from the manager was not clear - he could've given up and just dumped our luggage where the address was supposed to be, but instead went above and beyond by asking passers by for help with the address and waited until we finally found the right address before offloading our luggage. Couldn't be more happy and grateful!

Fast and efficient transfers to and from Grenoble airport to our resort hotel. Friendly driver and comfortable transport. Plenty of space for 5 people, our luggage and skis.

Journey from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport to Plagne Bellecôte

We found AlpBievre to be extremely helpful and flexible. When we neede to increase our passenger numbers from 7 to 8 this was no problem. We also needed to change collection times which again was no problem at all. The drivers were helpful and courteous and due to local knowledge managed to avoid some very heavy motorway traffic. I would definitely use Alp Bievre again.
