Journey from chambery to Le Grand Bornand

The service was first class.Both of our drivers going from the airport and going back were very nice and friendly the Mercedes mini van was pristine and very comfortable. This is a quality service down to little touches like supplying each passenger with a bottle of water.

Journey from Geneva Airport (GVA) to Hôtel Annapurna Courchevel 1850

In a personal message on the website, I asked ALPES BUSINESS CLASS about which brand and model of car to make a choice. The company replied "Minivan Mercedes V-class" and I needed this car, so I chose the company ALPES BUSINESS CLASS. But they sent the wrong car at all, but Renault. It is much smaller and we barely fit with skis. I wrote a message to the company on whatsapp, to which they replied that my question about the car was answered automatically, that for so many people they do not send the car they wrote to me about. This is a hoax! They told the site manager something completely different, that there was a force majeure (flight delays and heavy traffic) the Mercedes V-Class car could not arrive on time and they had to change the original schedule so as not to be late. I am very upset about what happened and I don't want others to become victims of this company's deception.

But we had to deal with inconveniences beyond our control and we did not want to keep you (especially your child!) waiting. We did our best to ensure that you did not have to wait for the (late) vehicle that was originally scheduled. We even offered you to choose another service provider and to refund your money. But you refused. The other comments speak for themselves!
