Journey from CHAMBÉRY to LA ROSIÈRE

Our driver met us outside the airport doors and took us to the nearby vehicle. The car was very smart, clean and spacious and had heated seats to keep us warm. Our ride was extremely smooth and relaxed, and the driver very capable, even up the twisty roads to our ski resort. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.

We explained our needs which included the transport of five bicycle boxes and plenty of luggage and the company sorted us out properly. The driver was very pleasant, flexible and very helpful. Would use them again on my next trip.

Journey from La Plagne - 1800 to Geneva Airport

The driver arrived early to pick us up in La Plagne and waited until we were ready. He carried and put the bags in his car, confirmed the journey and set off. The drive was safe, easy and comfortable. Our driver (Nicklas I think) was extremely polite and friendly. We arrived at Geneva airport in just over 2 hours, which was great time. I would not hesitate to recommend ABC for transfers - they were professional, excellent communicators and didn't charge a fortune. I will definitely be using this company again. Journey from Geneva Airport to Arc 1950

Excellent transfer from Geneva to Arc 1950. Driver was waiting for us despite flight being late. Clean vehicle and very pleasant driver who spoke good English. Return journey not so good. There had been quite a lot of snow but taxi was 1 hour and 20 mins late and couldn’t get up the mountain because he didn’t have snow tyres. Eventually another taxi was sent, who had no trouble reaching us, and we then had to transfer half way down the mountain, where original taxi was waiting! We did make our flight but it was all very stressful.

Thank you for your message, I can not let say lies like that! All our vehicles are equipped with 4 snow tires and chains. The circumstances of this incident are specific because to avoid a vehicle in distress our driver had to put himself on the side of the road where it was IMPOSSIBLE to use snow chains. We had to call a tow truck to get our minivan out. And we took the initiative to have a colleague intervene so that our passengers could arrive in time for their flight.

Journey from Chambéry Airport to Val Thorens

Alpes Business class were really easy and efficient to communicate with during the arrangement of our taxi transfer from Chambery to Val Thoren. The vehicle we travelled in was comfortable and spacious and driven by friendly, careful and polite drivers who drove with care and attention. I have no hesitation in recommending Alpes transfer service and would definitely use them again.
