About Alpinbus

Alpinbus is your ultimate choice to private airport transfers in the Alpine region across southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland, French and the Italian Alps . Our experienced drivers will wait you upon your arrival and will drive you from the airport, railway station, hotel or anywhere you need.

With a private transfer, your trip is set up for comfort, speed and freedom. You no longer have to study the routes and schedules of public transport, frantically check the time for fear of being late and carry heavy luggage.

We use 8-seater minibuses, so any group up to this number on a private transfer would normally travel together in one vehicle. If you book a private transfer for 10 passengers, you will leave in two private minibuses as soon as you arrive. You can spread the group over both minibuses, however you would like.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air conditioning, snow tyres and chains.

Vehicles in the fleet

Alpinbus fleet consists of long wheel base 8-seater Volkswagen, Renault, Opel, Mercedes and Ford minibuses and they are new. We usually rotate our vehicles every 2 and a half years so you can rest assured that you will always be collected in an up-to-date model.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air condition, snow tyres, chains, etc.

Journey from Salzburg to Flachau

We had no problems arriving in Salzburg driver was on time and got us to resort promptly and safely but transfer company didn’t show up to collect us for going home. The phone number for the driver they gave was wrong as driver was on another job. We couldn’t get through to the office and ended up with communication through the driver who was on another job who was giving us various reasons as to why they hadn’t showed up and told us the office would call us which they didn’t. We were eventually sent another taxi and asked to pay the driver and they would refund us. They did refund us but it was a stressful experience and we were hanging around waiting for another taxi for over a hour which worried us as time was tight to get to the airport with heavy snow.. if they would have rang us and told us of the problem initially we could have sorted another taxi although I feel they should have sent one if they could’nt collect us and we had to make many phone calls to get another taxi sorted and was sent bad information I would not use theses again .. very unreliable.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise

This company is a disgrace. The driver overslept and didn’t turn up to take us to the airport. They did nothing to find an alternative, we had to sort it out and only caught our flight as it was delayed. They agreed to cover the additional cost and are now refusing to pay. They should not be allowed to operate with such bad service.

We never deceive our customers and do not refuse to provide a refund for them. But, unfortunately, at the moment we faced with the force major situation when we are not able to provide a refund immediately, therefore, we have sent you a voucher instead which you can use for 3 years. As soon as the situation will be stabilized we will return to that issue regarding the refund. We apologize again for the inconvenience and hope that you will change your opinion about our company! Journey from Geneva Airport to La Plagne - Belle Plagne

On pick up from Geneva airport the driver was not at the terminal, he had gone to the wrong terminal to collect us which was disappointing. The good news being I called the number provided who spoke to the driver to re-arrange for him to come across to the right place. Unfortunately our driver was not very pleasant for both the outward and inward bound journeys we found him to be bordering on being rude. Having said that he did drive carefully to the resort and return journey to the airport.
