About Alpinbus

Alpinbus is your ultimate choice to private airport transfers in the Alpine region across southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland, French and the Italian Alps . Our experienced drivers will wait you upon your arrival and will drive you from the airport, railway station, hotel or anywhere you need.

With a private transfer, your trip is set up for comfort, speed and freedom. You no longer have to study the routes and schedules of public transport, frantically check the time for fear of being late and carry heavy luggage.

We use 8-seater minibuses, so any group up to this number on a private transfer would normally travel together in one vehicle. If you book a private transfer for 10 passengers, you will leave in two private minibuses as soon as you arrive. You can spread the group over both minibuses, however you would like.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air conditioning, snow tyres and chains.

Vehicles in the fleet

Alpinbus fleet consists of long wheel base 8-seater Volkswagen, Renault, Opel, Mercedes and Ford minibuses and they are new. We usually rotate our vehicles every 2 and a half years so you can rest assured that you will always be collected in an up-to-date model.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air condition, snow tyres, chains, etc.

Journey from Zurich Airport to Ischgl

Clean and well maintained vehicle. Appropriate route and good time. Good and generally safe driving. Driver could have made himself more visible (signage instead of mobile phone) on arrival, and was 10+ minutes late on departure. Decent value, and generally responsive service.

Journey from Innsbruck to Obergurgl

Both tranfers to and from the airport were great. The minibus was very comfy and the drivers were on time both ways. On the way up to the resort the weather was very bad with heavy snow and our driver was very safe and skilled in drivng in this weather.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Courchevel 1650 (Moriond)

The service was excellent. I had a emails before travelling confirming our collection times, when my plane landed I received a text from our driver who was waiting for us. On our return i received the same quality of service. I would definitely recommend this company.

Journey from GENEVA to SAMOËNS

Transfer out was brilliant. First driver was polite and helpful. Transfer back was terrifying. The driver drove in excess of 140kmh in heavy rain without using wipers and dangerously close to other cars and nearly caused an accident. We asked twice for him to slow down - he didn't. I complained to the company and within 30mins received a rude text from the driver himself. Not acceptable at all. This rating is for the second transfer only

First of all we must say that we are sorry that we were unable to completely meet your expectations but please do not overstate the facts. We must point out that all of our drivers are professionals with years of experience in passenger transport. We are aware that there are passengers who are not used to mountain or highway driving and at times could feel some discomfort, therefore the drivers also know not to push it too far. This was not an exception, driver had no need to be in a hurry, he did not break any of the local laws nor he exceeded the speed limit. In car GPS tracking system proves it. Highest recorded speed is 127 kmph (speed limit on the highway 130kmph). Driver sent you an apology message as a polite gesture after we asked him for the report of the situation to investigate your complaint. Best Regards, ALPINBUS TEAM
