Dear Michael, We appreciate you taking the time to review this, however the information you have provided is not entirely true. Also, unfortunately this time we must say that it has been a very unpleasant experience having your family as passengers as well, let us explain the situation from our point of view below: Driver reported that right from the start upon meeting your family they were not very kind and dissatisfied with something already. The driver was holding a tablet with the passengers name which is not hard to see for most passengers,for your family though, this caused a great dissatisfaction which they openly showed. Yes, it is true that the driver does not have perfect language skills but the level of knowledge has been sufficient to carry out countless transfers without any major problems, needless to say that he also knows the location of the hotel and the whole area very well and did not get lost. He chose the usual route for getting to the hotel that caused another panic attack for the passengers as they were using their own navigation which for some reason was advising them to take a different route. Regarding the reports of dangerous driving - for some people driving on the mountain roads might seem dangerous in general but as mentioned before, the driver is experienced and drives on these roads everyday and we have not received a single complaint about his driving style which gives us very little doubt that he was doing something different and dangerous on this transfer. According to the in-car tracking we can see that speed limits were also respected and the transfer was done according to our standards.
