Cheapest service we found and great company

Very easy to organise and the two drivers were great, we had fantastic service and a very easy transfer to and from the airport.

Simple to use and reliable

Even though the cars weren't new, they were clean and comfortable.

You all had nice spacious vans, were very helpful with our luggage, and had no issue that one couple was at one hotel and the other in another. This was my third European ski trip and by far the best transfer service.

We had the same driver out and return. Positives - he seemed polite (although didn't speak much English), was on time, and the bus was clean and seemed well maintained. Negatives - driving was erratic. He veered into the outside lane / oncoming carriageway repeatedly. At times he was driving along a rumble strip on the edge of the carriageway for some time. I was concerned he may be falling asleep as it was late evening but he did the same on the return (early afternoon). At one point he pulled off into a petrol station (driving through a no entry sign) and asked us to wait a minute. No explanation as to why and he didn't offer us the chance to use the restrooms which seemed odd. He got back in the vehicle and when pulling back onto the road almost drove straight into a car coming from his left on the road. I had to shout to stop him. As we approached the resort (it was late at this time as our flight had been delayed by 2 hours) he ignored his sat nav and the road signs and took the wrong road - as this was through a very long tunnel this added almost 40 minutes to the journey. On the return journey there were several issues including long delays at the Swiss border (not in his control but I would expect the company to monitor such things and adjust timings accordingly) and I was very concerned we were going to miss our flight. This is the second time we used Alpinbus - first time we were left waiting at the airport for over 30 minutes on arrival as the driver was late. They are cheap but I will not use them again.

Very professional service - arrIved on time and journey was smooth and painless.

Although our flight was delayed by nearly an hour the driver was waiting for us and within minutes we were on our way from Innsbruck to Zurs. Despite nearly 20 cms of snow overnight our driver was at the hotel exactly at the prearranged time to take us back to the airport after our holiday. Both drivers were helpful and polite. The cars were spacious, clean and well driven. Excellent service at a good price.
