About Alpinbus

Alpinbus is your ultimate choice to private airport transfers in the Alpine region across southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland, French and the Italian Alps . Our experienced drivers will wait you upon your arrival and will drive you from the airport, railway station, hotel or anywhere you need.

With a private transfer, your trip is set up for comfort, speed and freedom. You no longer have to study the routes and schedules of public transport, frantically check the time for fear of being late and carry heavy luggage.

We use 8-seater minibuses, so any group up to this number on a private transfer would normally travel together in one vehicle. If you book a private transfer for 10 passengers, you will leave in two private minibuses as soon as you arrive. You can spread the group over both minibuses, however you would like.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air conditioning, snow tyres and chains.

Vehicles in the fleet

Alpinbus fleet consists of long wheel base 8-seater Volkswagen, Renault, Opel, Mercedes and Ford minibuses and they are new. We usually rotate our vehicles every 2 and a half years so you can rest assured that you will always be collected in an up-to-date model.

Minibuses are fully equipped for safe Alpine driving - air condition, snow tyres, chains, etc.

Journey from Hotel Der Waldhof to Innsbruck Airport (INN)

The service was prompt, and overall excellent. However, I arrived at the airport at 430 am and the airport did not open until 5 am, so I had to wait outside in the cold. I suggest that when you are estimating the recommended arrival time that it is related to the opening time of the airport. I had initially suggested we leave at 350 am which would have resulted in our arriving at 5 am. But Alpinbus recommended we allow 2hours for the trip which only took 1 hr and 12 mins. Overall, no other complaints. The driver had ability to speak english, but he had a gps and was able to make good and quick decisions on an alternate exit to take. Thank you for your excellent service.

The vehicles we used were in perfect condition. The baby seat was also in good condition and the two drivers we had (one for each leg of the journey) were fabulous. The information we got from them was spot on and they were very quick to respond to any queries we had, by email and text message. Would definite recommend them

Journey from Geneva International Airport to Brides-les-Bains

Excellent service, excellent overall the only disappointing thing was that we were charged an extra 90 euros for moving the time and dates due to weather and flight cancellations which were out of our control. We had already lost 2 day of the break a bit disappointing. Regards Carl.

Journey from Zurich Airport to Ischgl

Everything was perfect:-) Very nice communication both with email and text messsage to check arrival and flight etc. Very good drivers both ways from Zürich/ Ischgl. We asked the driver to make a stop so we could buy drink and food and go to the restrooms. No problem:-) Thank you Alpinbus :-)

Journey from Geneva International Airport to Méribel Mottaret

Our flight was delayed on our way to the resort. Alpinbus staff were very responsive and helpful, and when we arrived our driver was very relaxed and got us to our destination quickly and comfortably. On the return journey the driver was very prompt & made every effort to get us to the airport as quickly as possible despite a road closure.

Driver was 15 minutes late at airport arrival due to parking problems, perfect on time at return from hotel. Driver was very well experienced and drove relaxed. Price was good, overall very good experience.
