Journey from Geneva Airport to Villars-Sur-Ollon

My contact with Alptransfers was consistently positive from the time I made the booking until the final drop off. The information they sent through, and reminder emails, were detailed and clear. The driver was punctual for both the pick up and return journey (we had the same driver each time) and he was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Journey from Abondance to Genève-Aéroport

Good communication following original quote request, booking and in advance of pickup. Contacted by driver by text to confirm that he'd arrived. Taxi arrived at requested time (3.45am) and was very clean. Smooth transfer to airport and arrived in plenty of time.

Journey from Geneva to Val Thorens

This company failed to send a car to collect us on the day of our departure despite having confirmed their arrival time the day before. There was no explanation. They were unhelpful in that they suggested we find our own taxi at our resort to take us to Geneva airport.. This was very difficult as Saturday is a busy transfer day. Our rental property host was amazing and eventually managed to find a taxi for the 6 of us. They refunded the difference in the amount we had already paid and the amount of the taxi we took to the airport. They offered us a 30% discount on further transport if used within a year - I don't think so! Their systems are clearly need reviewing. Most of the star ratings below do not apply as there was no car but I had to complete.. We were collected by this company at the start of our holiday from the airport where both the driver and the car were fine.

I booked this transfer for my teenager daughter travelling alone. Driver met her in the airport on time. She felt safe. That is everything a parent could hope for. Thank you.
