Journey from Antalya Airport to Gloria Serenity Resort

The drivers turned up on time and took us efficiently between the resort and airport. Overall the service was excellent. The only slight problem was that we were dropped off at the international entrance to Antalya Airport, when in fact we were flying domestic. Sunshuttles should have known that we were wanting domestic from the information we provided, or the driver shpido have asked us. In fact it is only a 100m walk between international and domestic. For most people this would not be an issue, but was is a hardship for our disabled mother to walk the extra 100m. It would have been better if the driver had paid attention to the booking and realised we shoukd be dropped at the entrance for domestic flights, or asked us.

The service by find transfers was great and extremely reliable. Communication was fast and they catered to all my needs and queries. Only problem was the driver forgot to take the payment on drop off and drive away before I had noticed even though I had the euros ready. I then contacted find transfers as I didn’t want the driver to lose out and they got me to PayPal them the payment so a bit of inconvenience as I had to also transfer the euros back to pounds. But service was very good otherwise

they went to the wrong hotel when they were supposed to pick us up to drive us back to the airport. i almost missed my flight. they came to rixos belek instead of rixos tekirova. on the way to the hotel, the driver was very aggressive driver, driving way too fast

Driver was easily visible at the airport, friendly and helpful. The vehicle was immaculate, cold water provided and helped us with luggage the other end. On the return we called to ask if he could come a bit sooner, and he did, which was really helpful. Just as good a service on the way back. Will definitely use again, and excellent value!

Journey from Antalya Airport to Hotel Turquoise

This is the second time that I have used SunShuttles as a private transfer to our holiday hotel. The driver was waiting with a name board at the airport and guided us to a luxurious Mercedes coach with ample space for the 6 passengers and 6 suitcases that I had booked for. He also gave us cold bottles of water which were appreciated. On our return to the airport we were picked up 10 minutes early by a different driver, again with a lovely clean minibus with more than enough room. I did email Sunshuttles prior to my transfers and on both occasions they answered promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other travellers.
