I had to change the time of pickup, emailed them, got response in 3 minutes both times! The car was super comfortable, conditioned, they gave us water and snacks. Very friendly, had cartoons on TV for my daughter. Safer driving that other rides we had while staying there. And this was the cheapest transfer too!
