Antalya Transfer SunShuttles

The transfer arrived about 30 minutes late on our arrival at Antalya airport, as the driver had been given the wrong terminal, but the driver was apologetic. I had booked a vehicle suitable for my mum who uses a wheelchair, she requires a step onto the vehicle as her knees are weak. Unfortunately the step onto the vehicle was broken, so my mum was unable to step into the vehicle and the driver and the airport wheelchair assistance man had to pull her into the vehicle. The driver found two rugs in the back of the vehicle and used these a makeshift step. They struggled to pull her up into the vehicle supporting her under her arms and she fell back on the pavement. This was so upsetting for her but finally they managed to get her into the vehicle. Once we arrived at the hotel, the driver arranged with me to collect us an hour earlier than the agreed time for our return journey as he thought we should get to the airport earlier. We waited for the taxi for our return journey for 20 minutes, and our hotel reception called the taxi company - the driver had not passed on the information of the new time to the company! However the companay sent a vehicle within 15 minutes and the driver was lovely and helped mum onto the vehicle with ease. The step was working! The car was also very comfortable and new, so the return taxi journey was very good.

Paid driver in full on arrival at the hotel 80 euro. Then on return journey we got asked for another 40 by a different driver. After a few heated conversations with someone on the phone we where told the driver from the transfer to the hotel said we only paid 40 and we got told we wouldn't be getting to the airport if we never paid another 40. The driver pulled into a petrol station and was told not to leave until we paid up. The man on the phone kept asking if we got a receipt. When we asked for a receipt for paying the extra 40 he said he would email us one. So how could we have got a receipt of the driver on the transfer to the hotel. Very very dissapointed and feel robbed.

Excellent service. They were waiting with our name board as soon as we left the departure gates. Driver was very friendly and he placed our luggage in the back of his mini bus. There were 4 adults and 4 children and they sent a 12+ seater. Ride to hotel was very comfortable and most importantly -air conditioned. We arrived at our hotel very quickly. Driver helped offload the luggage. On pick up the driver arrived at the agreed time and helped the bell boy load the luggage onto the 12 seater mini bus. The driver was very friendly indeed. He had a luxurious mini bus with a table and tv's . He dropped us back to the airport efficiently and safely and waved goodbye with a smile and shook my hand. I will definitely use this company again

Excellent service, on time, cold drinks to buy cheaply, air con, even brought my sons bag with brand new shorts he left behind to hotel after I emailed straight away. The bus on the way home was luxury.

The transfer for my familly of 5 was in a very comfortable vehicle with a good English speaking driver who treated my childrens with cartons of juice.

Luxurious Mercedes picked my family and I up from the airport and the same vehicle returned us to the airport. The driver was very courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use the same company again.
