Journey from Athens Airport to Attalos Hotel

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we got from A. R. D. taxi service. We booked them for return journey Athens Airport to a specific hotel in Central Athens. My companion has mobility problems and walks with two crutches. The drivers on each journey were so helpful, they were punctual, polite, welcoming and parked as close as they possibly could to pick-up and drop off points. They were very quick to help us with our luggage. Cars were spotless, very, very comfortable, and excellent driving. Everything went so smoothly. Will definitely use this company again as our first choice.

Journey from Athens Airport to Germanikou

Good service but needs to work with customers service skills for drivers. As they did not offer much help 8n terms of handling luggage. A bit pricy as well. 9verall not bad.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. But you avoided to mention that you arrived at the airport with more than 24 big luggage which the driver handled all by himself. The same occurred at your departure transfer. Also keep in mind that the driver stays with the car and can not come to the apartment to pick up the luggage. Regarding the “on-time” review, our driver was on time for your arrival transfer to welcome you at the airport and he came one hour earlier from your departure appointment. You were late! Regarding the “value” review, I will have to mention that we gave you a very big discount for the transfers with a Mercedes VIP luxury Minibus.

Showed up on time and very polite. They did want cash payment at end of each leg of transfer but stuck to the agreed on price. Very clean vehicles and very pleasant experience.
