Hi, I'm sorry if my services weren't up to the customer's expectations. I can't park the car in front of the airport terminal's door. Thats where taxi lane and the bus stops are located, therefore it's impossible not walk towards the car. As always I gave precise instructions of the best and closest place to meet me, unfortunately they weren't followed. As can be seen in most of the reviews the customers were happy with the meeting arrangements. I waved once I saw the cuatomer walking towards me make sure that she was seeing me and walked towards her in order to help help with the cart. I couldn'teave the car unattended and walk way far from the car. The reason I didn't carry the bags into the customer's house was because I wasn't asked to do so. Otherwise I wouldn't have any problems on helping her. I don't walk into private property unless I'm asked or invited. It's how I was educated. I've already done several hundreds of transfers and always helped my customers all the time that they needed or asked for help. Carried bags to their houses, pushed wheelchairs, helped them to the check in, carried furniture and all sorts of other situations.
