Journey from Murcia to HPB ALFAIX

The pick up from the airport went smoothly, however the driver was quite obviously very tired and found the drive quite difficult - this was deemed by his driving actions including loose of vehicle lights at one stage and swaying into the next lane. The bus we were picked up in looked quite tired, however the return bus was much nicer.. The retrun trip was far better, a much nicer and smarter vehicle with a/c and the drivers actions were far more professional. Overall, I would rate the company. The communications from intial enquiry through delivery were excellent.

Driver to Alicante was amazing .Driver on the way back was driving at dangerous speed we got pulled by police, he was texting on his phone whilst driving at a dangerous speed. Scary experience on the way back to Múrcia airport

Really good service.Driver waiting on our arrival very friendly but sadly I didn’t get his name, our driver for our return journey Daniel messaged on day of return journey to let me know what vehicle he would be arriving in which I thought was really helpful as we then knew what to look out for as pick up was in a busy area.Daniel then messaged to let me know when he was 10 minutes away, he was very friendly and I would definitely book with this company again.
