Journey from Murcia-San Javier Airport to la manga beach

The booking process was straightforward and the driver was on time (waiting for us) for both journeys. Both drivers were friendly and helped with our luggage. Our first driver didn't know where our apartment was and the sat nav could not find it either but he persevered and got us there safely. Our second driver arrived early which suited us fine and we got to the airport very quickly.

Journey from ALICANTE AIRPORT to LOS ALCÁZARES

The transfer was not at the AirPort in Alicante when we arrived. We waited 40 minutes and called several times. Had to take two cabs to the double cost. We are very dissapointed.

Reply from the transfer company:

Your reservation in our database was registered on the 31st and our driver was there and we called him several times without answer. I think it was a confusion because of the flight arrival time. You always have to set the pick-up time at the same time that the flight is scheduled, as our drivers monitor the flight and wait for you in case of delay. If you put a landing time and a different pick-up time and on top are on different days, the easiest is confusion. Anyway, we apologize for what happened, it was a misunderstanding and this company will not happen again because in case of doubt we will send an email in advance to the client to resolve this doubt.
