Vehicles in the fleet

We have at the moment 2 brand new Mercedes Benz Vito (with up to 8 passengers + 1 driver).

All our vehicles are equiped with 4x4, seasonal tyres, Air conditioned and sliding door.

One of our vans is a glass-roof van for good views to the mountains.

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Filzmoos

We booked a transfer to collect us at 11.30 for our flight at 15.50. The driver eventually picked us up at 13.10. We arrived at the airport at 1515 to find that the departure gate had closed. It was only because thr departure gate supervisor took pity on us and contacted the baggage handlers that we were able to catch the flight with minutes to spare. It was undoubtedly one of the most stressful experiences of my life.

Dear Guest, thank you for your comment and review. We had on that day an exceptional traffic. We did expect some traffic and have already sorted our all alternative routes but with such a massive traffic jam nobody calculated. This being said, the driver war at your hotel at 12:25 / 12:30, which was definitely late and as the driver is very familiar with that area he was able to avoid the worst traffic. Luckily also the airport was very helpful to guarantee us that you were able to catch the plane. The driver was with our office in contact and we advised him to drop you off and go to the information desk where there were tickets for the priority security line and the luggage tags. As we get from your comment that the driver did not do that we had to give him a warning and hope it will never happen again. Thank you for your collaboration and we hope to be able to welcoming you again proofing that we will make up to the stress at this particular transfer. Best regards

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Mayrhofen

Excellent service, the vehicle was modern and fully equiped including roof box for our skiis. Driver was very friendly and spoke excellent English so very easy to obtain information about the journey. No issues either way and would definitely use again.

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Söll

Both drivers turned up early and were extremely polite and courteous, good representatives for the company. The vehicles both ways were also smart and modern. All in all great way to start and end the holiday - thank you!

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Valamar Obertauern Hotel

My transfers from and to the airport went very smoothly. The driver had my name displayed in Arrivals and led me directly to the car and we were off quickly. I had reason to ask for a slight change to my pickup time from my hotel and this was arranged without any problem, in fact the driver arrived erly.

Journey from Salzburg to Zell am See

Both of our drivers were very friendly, and arrived exactly on time. Even with our departing plane timings being messed around I phoned Be Special Tours and they were extremely accommodating. Our vehicle both ways was a new Mercedes van, which felt very luxurious and comfortable. We would definitely use Be Special Tours again in the future.
