We have at the moment 2 brand new Mercedes Benz Vito (with up to 8 passengers + 1 driver).

All our vehicles are equiped with 4x4, seasonal tyres, Air conditioned and sliding door.

One of our vans is a glass-roof van for good views to the mountains.

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Mayrhofen

Had a good two way transfer between Salzburg Airport and Mayrhofen. No negative issues at all with the company and they operated good clean modern vehicles (Mercedes passenger van). All in all am happy to recommend.

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Saalbach

On collection from airport I was told that car was not for me, I tried calling all numbers available to me which didn’t work. Then I received a call from driver who said had left as we wasn’t there when agreed. She agreed to return and collect us . Personally I think she was running late otherwise why would she ring me ? Then proceeded to tell me how busy it was. After this hiccup all went well and we got to resort in good time . On return I had given flight number and flight time to allow driver plenty of time to plan journey . Driver arrived 25 minutes late in a car not a minibus and we struggled to get our luggage in the car. Then because of late departure roads were busy and we missed our flights. This was not helped by the fact that driver did not use navigation tools to find quicker route. We then had to pay for new flights and re arrange transfer in the Uk . I am now out of pocket to the sum of €360 It was only for my quick thinking that it didn’t cost a lot more . Worst transfer service we have used in Austria.

At the arrival we have checked and there was a problem with the car and therefore have sent you immediately a different one and are sorry that you had to wait until the other vehicle was there. In this case the airport worked faster than usual and sorry for that. As for the return transfer: our driver was already stuck before Saalbach due to an accident on the only road to get to Saalbach. When we realized it we advised the driver to do everything possible to make up the time with alternative routes. Unfortunately also the were blocked due to an event in bad Gastein (so highway and normal road over at. Johann was blocked and a collegue told the driver to not drive this way as he was stuck there already for 50minutes. Why this driver did not try to go around lifer we are checking and are also checking in a reimbursement for you. Again we are sorry and hope that such a traffic situation does not appear again. Journey from Salzburg Airport to Zell am See

Prompt pickup from airport and comfortable journey, however our driver got lost both finding our accommodation and picking us up on our return journey. No direct number for the driver made communication difficult when he was lost trying to find us to pick us up at the end of our trip.

Journey from Salzburg to Alpendorf

Perfect timing, very comfortable the only thing that would of improved the trip would have been a drink.

The diver was nice, calm en pleasant . He drove carefully en smoothly and was perfectly in time for our appointment. The car ( a big Mercedes van) was very comfortable and quiet.

Excellent company with excellent drivers and aftercare when we lost a small item in one of their cars. I would definitely recommend and will use this company again. Brilliant from start to finish.

Journey from Salzburg Airport to Schladming

Excellent service - despite our flight being late - the company met us at the agreed location and transferred us to the resort efficiently. The return leg was also on time and the driver communicated with us the evening before to ensure we had his contact details.
