About Benibus

Benibus offers a stress free experience to any journey, be it holiday or business. Our aim is to help passengers have the best start to their visit to Spain.

We operate from Alicante Airport only to any destination in new 13 and 14 seater minibuses, each with personal aircon. We provide baby seats and boosters at no extra charge and our drivers are all native English speakers who know the area very well. Due to our extensive local knowledge, we can advise and inform passengers of the area they are visiting, offering recommendations if needed.

As transport manager-owner of the company, I have 16 years experience in the business and have lived in Alicante for over 22 years. I also speak Spanish.

Excellent service and communication from the start. We agreed all the arrangements and there was a full follow through... Plus we had a delayed flight and the driver Mike was very supportive. Ian was our driver coming back and he again was lovely person. If I was to visit again I would be in touch with them. The price was reasonable considering the size of the group.

Journey from Alicante Airport to Camping Villamar

A man called Ian had sent me a message to say where he was parked, so once I'd turned my phone on once we'd landed I knew where to go. Once we'd got our luggage we followed his directions and was in his air conditioned mini bus and had plenty of space. (Ian was was a lovely man). We got delayed for 6 days due to air traffic control system problems. We found out 7 hours before we was due to be picked up for the return flight. I messaged and told them our circumstances and expected to be told it was in the small print that any problems wouldn't be their fault and I'd have to make my own way back. Instead I got a nice message back saying once I knew our new flights, I should message them with the details. Once I sent them the details they replied with a thumbs up and the night before they gave me a pick up time and everything went smooth from there. Great service ,great communication, great comfort whilst travelling with them. Will use again next year
