About Benibus

Benibus offers a stress free experience to any journey, be it holiday or business. Our aim is to help passengers have the best start to their visit to Spain.

We operate from Alicante Airport only to any destination in new 13 and 14 seater minibuses, each with personal aircon. We provide baby seats and boosters at no extra charge and our drivers are all native English speakers who know the area very well. Due to our extensive local knowledge, we can advise and inform passengers of the area they are visiting, offering recommendations if needed.

As transport manager-owner of the company, I have 16 years experience in the business and have lived in Alicante for over 22 years. I also speak Spanish.

Journey from Playa de gandia to Alicante Airport

We received an excellent service from Benibus from start to finish. Theirs wasn’t the cheapest quote of the three that I received but they had 100% positive feedback and now I know why. Their communication was great, responding quickly to all my questions. They sent an email a few days before reconfirming my booking, then our driver Ian sent a WhatsApp message introducing himself. Ian was friendly, professional, had great chat, and most importantly was punctual! The minibus was clean, spacious and had aircon. We were dropped off at Alicante Airport in plenty of time for our flight. I would happily use Benibus again and would recommend them to anyone needing a transfer in the Alicante area.

Journey from Alicante Airport to Moonkey - Bungalow Cala Blanca

Excellent customer service, very informative and friendly driver, Mark. Driver text me a couple of days before to let me know where to go once I landed. Driver was on time and very helpful The transfer bus was clean and air conditioned and made the journey very comfortable especially when we was travelling with 4 young children. I would certainly use BenidormBus company again without doubt. Thank you!

Received email and text before travelling, kept well informed throughout. Driver Mark was great , text me as we went thru baggage so we knew where to meet him, carried and loaded bags, enjoyable drive down to Benidorm. Lovely Minibus clean & spacious. Was the same on return, he arrived on the time and was texting the day before, so again well informed. Would definitely use Benibus again without a doubt. I asked a question mid week on WhatsApp and he came straight back with an answer. Thank you Mark & Benibus.
