Our driver was communicating with us as soon as we landed. We found him easily and we’re on our way. He spoke English which was very helpful as we don’t speak Greek. He was very friendly and we arrived timely. It was very late at night so we appreciated having someone there to transport us.

Journey from Chania Airport to Malia

Never turned up and then refused refund. Didn't follow their own booking policy, wouldn't recommend.

It's easy for everyone to understand that this review is not true! Everyone can read all my reviews,my terms and conditions and see how correct i am to everyone. Mrs Efie had the demand to wait more than two hours to the airport without any information about the delay. I have a transfer company and i try to find a solution when someone has so big delay but i want to contact me to organise my program and driver!
