Journey from Antalya Airport to Sherwood Exclusive Lara

The return transfer was 35 minutes late. This made us having to rush through airport as it was very busy. The driver was not bothered that he picked us up late and shrugged his shoulders. Have used lots of other companies at Antalya airport and never received this bad experience. The guest services had to call on our behalf to try and rectify this.

Journey from Bodrum to Pamukkale

We requested a vehicle for 6 people with a total of 10 suitcases. Four people within the group were connecting with us after attending a destination wedding in Greece. When transfer arrived the drive had his own luggage in the passenger area (2 suitcases). It was obvious that there was not sufficient room. After 2 calls to the transfer company to request a larger vehicle, we waited 1 hr. 45min., only to have the same driver return with the same vehicle. The driver left his suitcases at the hotel. He jammed our luggage into the vehicle and we squeezed into the van with luggage under our feet and on our laps. The driver was courteous and safe and the vehicle was clean, but it was a tight squeeze for a four-hour drive.

Journey from Antalya Airport to Benata Hotel

Worked perfectly fine. Only our flight was late, however the driver wasn’t on time. It would have been nice to have received a short message to wait a few minutes.

Journey from Istanbul Airport (IST) to Sultanahmet Nu Hotel

I used this company 3 times: 2 rides from the airport to hotel and 1 ride from hotel to the airport at 6 am. The drivers were on time. Service was excellent. Communications with Emre Celic to discuss details of the rides were easy and effective. The only thing I want to mention: when you get out of gate 14 the sign ByRides is on the board on the left side. Highly recommended.

Journey from Istanbul Airport to Romance Istanbul Hotel

Car was late and had to wait a long time. Driving was poor and dangerous - was veering all over lanes whilst chatting and looking at his girlfriend in the passenger seat. Didn't drop us off at hotel because of the traffic but a walk away on the wrong street with a broken suitcase. Was also more expensive than a taxi would have been it turns out.

Journey from Long Beach Harmony Hotel to The Land of Legends Theme Park

Communication was outstanding, our driver was a few minutes late but we were notified in advance. The details of the car & driver are sent to you so you know who you are meeting. There was a lot of traffic on our journey and our driver did his best to take some back roads and saved lots of time. Our return was late and the same driver returned early to collect us. I was nervous about booking but I would 100% recommend this company and it was half the price of other transfers we were offered.
