Journey from Valletta Cruise Port to Grand Hotel Excelsior Malta

No one was there to meet us; waited 20 minutes and called and was told they would be there in 10 minutes. After 25 minutes took another taxi.

We were very sorry of what happened it was a matter of time misunderstanding because our driver went on the place and wait for about 30 minites .

Journey from Malta Airport to Pebbles Resort

We were very impressed with this service. Our driver was waiting with a sign with my name on in the arrivals gate. Took us straight to her taxi and drove us the quickest route to our hotel. She pointed out landmarks on our way to our hotel and answered all our questions about the places we wanted to visit. The same driver arrived to take us back to the airport and was there a few minutes before our booked time. The main road was closed going back to the airport, but she found the next best route and got us to the airport in plenty of time. Would definitely use this service again.

Journey from Malta Airport to Solana Hotel

The transfer both ways were good. Both drivers were friendly, on time and helpful. Driver on the way to hotel waited on us as we were a bit late getting in, and was very helpful. And transfer back to the airport on our last day the driver was very knowledgeable telling us all about the Victoria Line and pointing it out to us and asking about where we'd been which was a nice touch! The transfer was an easy option, however my boyfriend did see that we could have got a bolt for a little cheaper, however this wasn't an issue.
