We are Challa Freres, a transport company based in the cities of Essaouira and Marrakesh. We have a fleet of 10 recent comfortable cars, all air conditioned.

Journey from Marrakech Airport to The White Camel Luxury Lodges Agafay Desert

The vehicles in the images were NOT the vehicles we were picked up in. The image showed 8-passenger vans but a standard/smaller SUV picked us up both times. Neither car was big enough for all of our things, despite the fact that I messaged the company in advance to tell them we’d be four adults with four large roller luggage pieces and four duffle bags. The roller luggage BARELY fit in the trunk and the duffles did not. We all had to hold our duffles on our lap: 3 adults in the backseat with our duffles on our lap and 1 in the front seat, same thing. Finally, our driver stopped for gas on the way to drop us off, which was very concerning being in a foreign city. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Spend a little more money and go with a more established company.

Dear customer Thank you for your comment. The vehicle provided is a 4 Seater car and the price quoted was for a 4 seater car not a minivan. If you have just mentioned that you would need a van we would be happy to provide one . Regards Said

Journey from Marrakech to Taghazout

Comfortable ride from Marrakech to Taghazout. Appreciated that the driver went at a tolerable speed (ie not super slow like some drivers we’ve had - very frustrating for this American). Had great AC and light music playing. Stopped when we needed a break. Will be taking them again.

Journey from Marrakech Airport to Hotel Riu Tikida Garden

On arrival a message appeared that our transfer was waiting outside Marrakesh Airport. We were delayed with queues at passport control and messaged that there would be a 30 min delay. Our transfer was patient and easily found carrying a surmane banner. I paid in Euros and gave a tip in euros rather than Morrokan Durhams. I got a message confirming our return trip the night before. Again s okth journey. Our transfer guy was very polite any English language problems solved using a translation app. Very happy with service

Journey from Marrakech Airport to Kenzi Rose Garden

I booked the airport pick up online. We were a group of 6 people with golf bags and luggage. Challa Taxis were at the airport on time with clear signs and a minibus. The driver knew where he was going, was an excellent driver and very courteous. The return journey was also efficient and again the driver was excellent.
