Journey from Marrakech Railway Station to INARA CAMP - AGAFAY DESERT CAMP

We booked a go & return. The return never showed up. We had to take another compagny to return. GO TO: The taxi driver was very friendly. A warm welcome (sign with my name) and he did an effort to make it a nice trip. He couldn’t drive with a GPS system and didn’t know the road by heart. So it took us longer than it supposed to be.

Journey from Marrakech Menara International Airport to Atlas Targa Club Aqua Parc All Inclusive

The driver who picked u p from the Airport seemed to be very nice but his english was fairly basic ( this is not a fault however as it was FAR better than my Moroccan/French/Arabic ETC) which made some communication regarding the payment a little tricky and he did try to charge me over 60 euro for a one way trip when 30 Euro for a 2 way trip had been agreed, this was certainly down to a language barrier issue and nothing else! They gentleman who collected us on the way back was absolutely lovely and very engaging

Journey from Marrakech Menara International Airport to Atlas Targa Club Aqua Parc All Inclusive

ON ARRIVAL AT OUR DESTINATION WE WAITED ONE HOUR FOR OUR DRIVER. WE THEN HAD TO FIND ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT TO OUR HOTEL.

Dear costumer Thank you for your reveiw. We are really sorry for the inconvenient situation you had upon your arrival to the airport. After investigating on your matter we realised that one of our team has scheduled the booking in a different date that's why our driver was not at the airport. Even though Our support team is always willing to help to solve this issue if you had given us a ring. We could of sent driver within 10 minutes as we are based very close to the airport. I believe that your return transfer was provided. I really appreciate your understanding and will strive to not let this happen again. Sorry once again Regards Said

Please be sure that you have the exact amount of money with you, because they don't have change. I had the option to pay in Euro or Maroccan Dirham in both ways. In the arrival my flight delayed for 1h30 and they still waited for me. Feedback by email is fast.

We found the service to be very reliable - the only thing they could perhaps do differently is make it clear that, on arrival at Marrakech airport, the driver would be waiting outside the terminal building with a name board. Some other companies were waiting inside so, at first, we were concerned that our driver was not there but then we noticed several also waiting outside.

Hi Dear costumer. Thank you for your reveiw we really appreciate your time to do. For arrivals at the airport it is a bit complicated as just recently the airport authorities gave permission to drivers to get inside the airport but its still limited. Our drivers prefer to wait just at the arrivals gate so makes easy to be seen. We will inform the futur costumers about this information so they know where can expect driver to be waiting.
