Journey from Seville to Estepona

The driver and taxi was fine but with an hour of waiting time in an airport around midnight the feedback is not going to be good. Delays happens but no matter what the circumstances where, precision is the keywords for this business. Service and information up to was fine, though.

Our apologies for the delay, but precision we can't have when your flight has landed 23 minutes earlier, for you who had a flight scheduled at 00:15 we've scheduled your vehicle to pick you up from 30 to 45 minutes after your arrival time, because you need at least this time to cross passport control and take luggage. So the waiting time you had it was due to an inaccuracy in the arrival time of your airline, you should complaint with them. Sorry but here you can see more than 800 great reviews and this has to mean something about our precision. We look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Costadelsoltransfer

Journey from Hotel Salobreña Suites® - WEB OFICIAL to C. Maestra Concepción Guidet

Communication would definitely be improved - they just stop picking up the phone when things go out of schedule. The ride and the car were perfect, very good driving skills. The driver arrived 20 minutes late without notice. To sum it all up, the company shows great hard skills and weak soft skills. Anyway, this is better than vice-versa. :) Just keep their punctuality in mind if you order a cab for time-critical rides.
