Hi Mary, thank you for your feedback. I apologise you felt nervous in your departure booking but driver was there on time waiting for you. I don't understand what you mean with linguistic barrier when everybody at the office speak english. If you remember when you gave the phone to the receptionist, I just said "driver is outside waiting with model & registration number" and then you were collected. May be the problem was the driver didn't ask in reception about you, but no one else also asked the driver if she was your driver. Our company policies about collection give special instruction to all drivers about the case of any client don't show in 15 minutes, then after that time, our office call the client to find out where are they. In this case, you called us at 8:12, I called the driver at 8:13 to ask where she was and then I called you one minute later to tell the driver was outside. We always try to do our best, but some factors as trafic, flight delayes, client delayes... make us late (not in this case).
