Journey from Malaga Airport to Apartamentos Macdonald Doña Lola

Excellent timing both for pick up at airport and return from hotel back to airport. perhaps a shame that the driver picking us up at airport could not speak english, but well mannered and efficient.

Journey from H10 Andalucía Plaza to Calle Molina Lario

Every thing was great. Driver had to wait for over an hour for our party of six as Malaga airport was rammed. He still met us with a smile. 5star service.

EASY TO DEAL WITH.THE LAST TIME A I USED A CAR SERVICE THE DRIVER WAS SOMEWHERE ELSE WAITING FOR US SO HE SAYS THENK GOD I TALKEDTO A PERSON IN THE BUSINESS WHE WAS BILINGUAL.SHE CALLED THE CAR COMPANY FOR ME AND SOMEHOW AFTER 15 MORE MINUTES THE DRIVEWR APPEARED.HE WAS ON THE PHONE ALMOST THE ENTIRE TRIP TALKING IN SPANISH ABOUT US AND THE TERRIBLT TIME WE GAVE HIM.I DO UNDERSTAND SOME SPANISH AND I AM SHOCKED AT MYSELF TIPPING HIM AFTER HE WAS SO RUDE.YOU WON'T FIND THIS WITH CASTASDELSOLTRANSFE .OUR BAGS WERE NOT SENT OUT TO US FOR ASLMOS AN HOUR AFTER WE ARRIVED .WHEN WE MET THE DRIVER HE GREETED US AND WAS ABSOLUTELY AMIABLE.I APOLOGIZED ABOUT THE DELAY AND DID NOT HEAR 1 NEGATIVE WORD.HE DROVE US BACK TO THE AIRPORT WHEN OUR TRIP WAS FINISHED YOU WON'T HAVE TO WORRY USING THIS COMPANY

Journey from MALAGA AIRPORT to COMARES

I was happy with the overall service, very friendly and good price and was happy as they were able to provide a return transfer. The only problem I had was that we were charged for waiting time which I understand is necessary, however not when the waiting was due to a delay out of our control.
