Journey from Malaga airport - Costa del Sol to Crown Resorts at Club Calahonda Resort ID: 1878 Urbanización Sitio de Calahonda Pueblo Jarales S/N 29650 Málaga

The collection from airport was perfect. The return journey to airport was very poor. Despite having the correct address as per booking the Driver went to another sister resort to collect us. Telephone conversations with the dispatcher were not particularly helpful with unpleasant tone when I become concerned regarding lateness of pickup. The driver turned up 15mins late . The 2 x child seats requested were not suitable for the type of seat belt fitted and one was too small for 4 year old child. A very stressful and unpleasant return journey experience . I would have been better with a municipal taxi.

Dear customer, As we told you that day by phone and by email later with our apologies. The driver was at the main reception of the Crown Resorts at Calahonda usually used for all customers of Crown Resort. You've been in a secundary reception of the same resort. Then when you called us asking for your driver we sent him to there making a delay of 10 minutes in your collection which is not big problem in a real world. You've requested a people carrier with car seats for your children and this is what we sent according to the Spanish transport law. All our customers think different than you... hope one day you think different as well. Best Regards

Brilliant service. Found me a really good deal. Driver was there waiting for me at the airport and was very friendly. Taxi on the way back the driver called me to confirm that they were on the way to take me back to the airport. Will defo use this website again

Journey from MALAGA AIRPORT to MIJAS COSTA

He was there on time and greeted us pleasantly. We had given our full address and post code but he had no idea where we lived. This surprised me as it was supposed to be a local company. I also only received one quote and it was the same as I had researched myself earlier on the net??

Dear customer, The driver who collected you at the airport has more than 20 years experience in Costa del Sol. He took next exit to go to Mijas golf because is the usual we take at busy times to save and to not cross the industrial area at Fuengirola. Then this is why he went by other exit. The only thing is at 12 o'clock at night there is not busy and you have missed 1 - 2 minutes in your journey. Really are you not recommend us because of this? Hope you could change your idea of us. Journey from Malaga Airport to The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa

We had a midnight pickup from the airport and Juan contacted me to confirm that it was midnight and not midday. He was there waiting with a lovely Mercedes van for picking up a group of men, with ample room for golf equipment. On our return I called to confirm and all was okay the day before and Juan arrived 2 minutes early. Brilliant service, very clean vehicle and on time and great price.
