We only just got taxi after delay at passport control. He did contact us but said he couldn’t stay more than hour. I find this strange.. we had seconds to spare but did manage to get taxi. We did get to hotel but he had to stop to ask directions but the objective was to get us to the hotel and he did that. No issues with the service in fairness.. quite good

Great communication with the company via email before the trip. Driver messaged us at the airport for meeting point. Good clean air conditioned taxis, and driver arrived early for return journey, very good.

Journey from Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) to Vilanova Park

Our flight was delayed and we worried that this would impact our transfer but the driver waited. Once our plane landed we received a message to let from the driver to introduce himself and let us know where he was waiting on us. He was very helpful with all baggage etc (family of 6 travelling for a week so there was a lot). He was very friendly, the car was great and 2 car seats were provided. Very good service.
