Fantastic service provided. The driver was waiting when we arrived in Barcelona. The driver who collected us to return to the airport was delayed by about 25 minutes but the traffic in the area was extremely busy. The vehicle was very clean. I would certainly recommend this transfer company, great service.

Journey from Barcelona Airport to H10 Cubik

We were left stranded at the airport. We were told that if it looked like it would be longer than an hour to meet the driver after touchdown, to just let the company know. We did. I couldn't get texts to work in Spain, but I was able to email. I emailed several times. The driver left before we could get through passport control. I ended up taking an Uber, which was great. I would never use this service again.

I was unable to determine WHERE to meet them after I checked the taxis area, and the hotel bus area, until a kind soul directed me to the area where arranged rides were. When there was no one there holding my name I called the contact number and they told me they had been there, waited 1 hour and left. No one told me where to find them in advance, and no one called me when they had arrived and were waiting. I then took a regular taxi. How would you feel if you paid for a service you never received?

Trevliga, hjälpsamma chaufförer som kunde en del engelska o var ut i god tid. Helt klart prisvärt. Skulle önska att den man tar kontakt med på taxibolaget kunde mer engelska bara men de gick bra ändå.

Driver was 20 mins late picking us up for a late flight with 4 kids. No contact was made with us. The driver had no change so we overpaid and were told that this would be deducted from the return journey. We had booked the return journey directly with company via email and when I tried to confirm pick up time, Carmen denied all knowledge of same despite it being agreed in email thread. When I asked for my money to be refunded so I could book elsewhere, he stopped replying. Extremely unprofessional
