Hi, First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your recent taxi experience with us. We understand that your time is valuable, and we regret any delays that you encountered. Upon reviewing the details of your booking, we found that your flight had landed at 18:10, and our driver picked you up at 19:15. Our drivers typically allow an hour after the flight's landing time to accommodate customers who need time for collecting luggage, getting ready, and making their way to the pickup point. According to the driver, customer was ready by 19:00 so there was a 15 minute delay in getting passenger on board, for which we apologise deeply. Regarding the booster seats, we deeply regret the mix-up that occurred. Our driver was provided with incorrect information about your seating requirements, resulting in two booster seats being placed in the taxi instead of the requested booster seat and child seat. This is certainly not our standard practice, and we take full responsibility for this oversight. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services. Rest assured, we are taking immediate steps to address the issues you raised. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced.
