Communication and punctuality was great. Our only slight improvement recommendation would be having better air conditioning as return journey was too hot during the transport

Have used edelweiss a few times and not really had any issues and would happily use again. Always on time and reasonable value for money. Only slight note of improvement would be slightly better communication, an email or text 24/48 hrs before each trip would be good to re confirm times etc. I had to message edelweiss as not had contact since booking 6 month prior. But I have no concern they would turn up. Also make sure you double check booking confirmation that details are spot on, as I did have a small issue once before where there was a mix up somewhere. To sum up…Good transfer company, good drivers, good value, and most importantly reliable and punctual.

Great value. Accommodated a change to flight times. Punctual and knew the best routes to and from resort. Highly recommend.
