Journey from Tignes Val Claret Tourist Information Centre to Geneva Airport

Very responsive. We reached out to Edelweiss at 9 o’clock at night, as our other transfer was cancelled. The called back immediately and were ready to pick us up the next day as planned.

Journey from Turin Airport to Valmorel

We were really happy with the service provided by Edelweiss Taxi for our annual ski transfer from Turin airport to Valmorel in France . Our driver Catherine was very professional and was in contact with us a day before each journey , which was especially comforting to have known that she would be outside our apartment at 04.00 last Saturday . She dropped us off at Turin airport in good time for our early return to Shannon. We will definitely use this company again !

Journey from Chambéry Airport to La Plagne

We had 2 x minibuses booked. Both arrived late to pickup at Chambery but one was over an hour late. Our return was even worse when they cancelled one minibus and left us stranded. We had to source alternative for half of our group. We also had a baby who was only 6 months old. Very poor communication and didn’t make much effort to resolve the situation. It could clearly be sorted as with the help of our chalet hosts we managed to do it. Would not recommend!!!!

Reply from the transfer company:

Mrs L was informed (at 7:45am, for a departure at noon) that her transfer was going to be difficult because one of my vehicles had been damaged. For information, this accident was caused by an english driver who was driving on the left side of the road and who fled. Mrs L had settled in advance 1160 € round trip. The price of the return this Saturday, March 16 is 580 €. I could put at her disposal only one vehicle, so I did refund the price of the transfer not made because of missing vehicle, 290 €.

Pick-up was prompt and drivers excellent on both legs. The driver's local knowledge on the way from Geneva to Meribel saved around 2hrs because of the traffic. Would highly recommend

Journey from chambery to val thorens

Pick up from Chambery to Val Thorens and return. Great service, Driver was very friendly and punctual and knew lots of short cuts to avoid the heavy traffic! Vehicle was very clean and comfortable, great price, we will be booking again and would definitely recommend.
